I’ve been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 10 years. I’ve taught everything from yoga and Pilates to HIIT-fit circuit classes, and coached clients ranging from an 8-year old dancer to a 76-year old woman with Parkinson’s. I love meeting and hearing about YOUR goals and together, finding a way to get you where you want to be.
